History:
Department of Civil Aviation records indicate that in the 1920s a Mr James Winstone of Collingwood, VIC, built an aircraft and sought information about having it registered. It was said to be a monoplane and applications were to be made to take out patents on the design. Mr Winstone was an Australian born of English parents from Bristol. The aircraft was fitted with a 22-kw (30-hp) Anzani engine. Nothing further is known of the machine.
