History:
The Hi Jack is another ultralight built for the Australian market. Power plant was the popular at the time 16.4 kw (22-hp) Skylark engine a two-cylindeer horizontally-opposed unit.
The aircraft was built b y Jack Hearn and his son Norman. The arcraft is known o have been flown from the airfield tBerwick and a model aeroplane site at Laverton North, he ltter site being known s the Model Aircraft Radio Control Society (MARCS). It is believed the aircraft only flew for about an hour all told
Wingspan 11.12 m (36 ft 6 in); length 6.09 m (20 ft); height 1.52 m (5 ft); wing area 15.14 m² (163 sq ft); max speed 80 km/h (50 mph); stalling speed 29 km/h (18 mph); empty weight 91 kg (200 lb).
