History:
This was one of a series of aircraft designed and built for the September 1909 Defence Department competition for the best and most suitable aeroplane for military purposes. It was a large monoplane with an engine built by the Victor Motor Works providing 75-kw (100-hp) and with both pusher and tractor propellers. There is no record of it having been flown, if it in fact was ever completed.
