History:
The Cielo Lobo was a light sporting aircraft built by amateur builders. Work commenced on the construction of the first Australian aircraft in 2002 and it was eventually completed and registered with the RAA on 21 July 2010 as 19-7577. Another became VH-XWV (c/n 1) registered to its owner / builder at Emerald VIC on 27 September 2012. It was powered by a Rotax 912ULS engine driving a Bolly propeller. It was similar in appearance to the Denney Kitfox and the Calair Skyfox. It was a two-seat side-by-side aircraft and has also been known as the Skywolf. VH-XWV was built over four years and
made its first flight in March 2013.
