History:
Designed and built by Mr Raymond Tolhurst of Composite Aero Components of Camden, NSW, the White Pointer was one of a series of high-performance light sporting aircraft designed by this company aimed at the sport aviation fraternity. It was an all-composite aircraft, the prototype being partially completed in 2004 and fitted with a 3300-cc 75-kw (100-hp) Jabiru six-cylinder engine. However, due to the Company’s workload development of the aircraft did not proceed and the prototype was placed in storage. Wing area 7.89 m² (85 sq ft). The prototype was later scrapped.
