The Pegasus was an Australian designed ultra-light for the local market. It was powered by a 34-kw (45-hp) Fuji Robin engine. Little is known about and whether any more than one example was completed.

Wingspan 6.4 m (21 ft); length 4.57 m (15 ft); wing area 9.29 m² (100 sq ft); max speed 157 km/h (98 mph); stalling speed 74 km/h (46 mph) empty weight 159 kg (350 lb).
